I am not saying that I have any style sense what so ever, but these are celebrities, they have fashion consultants and people who can "dress them." Plus most of them have lots of money and can buy awesome clothes that look good on them.

Beyonce Knowles - Sleek, Sexy, Fascinating
Shakira - Showing off her natural beauty without gobs of makeup and her hair is GORGEOUS!!!
Okay, now for the Worst Dressed... Fasten your seatbelts, it won't be pretty!
Paris Hilton - Hello??? You look like crap! Did you buy that dress at Goodwill? Cuz it's just not working! Every time I look at this picture I think of the Time Warp on Rocky Horror Picture Show...Let's do the time warp again - It's just a jump to the left - And then a step to the right - With your hands on your hips - You bring your knees in tight - But it's the pelvic thrust - That really drives you insane - Let's do the time warp again!!!!!
J-Lo - Someone forgot to tell her that it's the 21st century. She looks like a long lost member of Charlie's Angels on her way to the disco. I know she can do way better!
Jessica Simpson - This is my biggest disappointment. She looks like she's getting ready for a workout session with her personal trainer at the gym. Jessica what happened???

I agree with you. What is Paris thinking??? MY GOD. She could wear anything and she chooses that? JLo looks like shes wearing a giant band-aid. Your right about Jessica...she look like she just threw on whatever and her skirt is just too short. Beyonce ALWAYS looks great!
They look horrid. And even though they for the most part have bodies that can wear most things, or even specific things and look spectacular while doing it, they choose the worst things for them. And what makes these fashion choices even worse?!!? They PAID someone to make them look like that. Yeuck.
And I find my blog layouts by looking for them for a LONG TIME. :D I search high and low.
The USA today had something like that the otehr day. One of the worst all time was Scully from the X-files.
She had the REAL low cut dress in the back and then a real high thong. Look horrable.
